    Notes: Comes as pictured. Powers on and and appears to be in working order, but unit failed voltage self-test. Unit has a fair amount of wear from previous use, all of it contained to the outside/case of the unit, with the exception of the foam in the lid of the case, where the 10403A Hand-Held Unit is stored. The foam has degraded over time and began falling apart, and has become sticky (pictured, final image). The Hand-Held Unit has been cleaned and wrapped in a bag, but placed back into the lid storage. Faces and corners of case have scuffs and scratches. Please carefully review the photos for this listing for examples of the wear/damage the unit has accumulated.
